By using prime silverside beef marinated in a special blend of South African Spices and dry air cured in a protective environment we offer you the best Biltong available in the UK. Our Boerewors is made with 85%VL beef trim and mixed with genuine South African spices imported directly from Cape Town to bring you a quality product proudly associated with South Africa.   We have over 25 Biltong products including Jerky, Organic Biltong, Chilli Chutney sliced Biltong, Chilli Bites, 5 flavours of Droewor and Game Biltong including Kudu, Springbok and Ostrich.
