How is your biltong made?
Our focus was to put the art back into the craft of making authentic biltong. Every batch is produced in our SALSA accredited facility using traditional methods combined with modern precision.
We use prime cuts of silverside beef, which are carefully sliced and blended with our own selection of specially prepared spices. The beef is then tumbled under vacuum to ensure the flavours are fully infused before being marinated.
Finally, the marinated beef is slowly dry air cured into rich sticks of carnivore heaven. The result is a tender, satisfying snack that captures the true taste of high-quality beef Biltong.
