Our Wagyu Biltong is crafted with prime meat sourced from cattle that are the only herd in the UK that has olive feed added to its diet.

The cattle are raised in Yorkshire and stay on the farm all their life.

This biltong is buttery soft with a gentle umami taste, it is utterly delicious!
